OUR  CANCELLATION  POLICY

Credit card details are required as a gurantee.

Cancellation 30 days before the date of arrival:

no penalty

Cancellation between 30 days and 16 days before the date of arrival:

20% penalty on the whole due amount

Cancellation between 15 days and 8 days before the date of arrival:

penalty equal to the cost of the first night

Cancellation between 7 days and 3 days before the date of arrival:

penalty equal to the cost of two nights

Cancellation 2 days before the date of arrival or renunciation once arrived:

penalty equal to the 100% of the cost of the nights reserved

In case the above cases will occure, we will charge the amount by using the credit card details previously given by our guest.

Once the reservation is confirmed, it means that the above condition is accepted.
